So today was my first proper day on sw and thought I'd start a diary to track what I'm having and to also get feedback/advice from you lovely people!

So today consisted of:

B/L - Sainsburys 50/50 sandwich thin (5)
******** Ham
******** 1 dairylea triangle (hexa)
******** Apple

D -*** Home made lasagne (carrot,**** tomatoes, corgette, onion) with cheese (rest hex a)
Quark

Muller light
Special k chewy delight (hexb)
Options (2)
Fredo (5)

Syns 12

At the moment I'm having chronic fatigue issues so seem to be sleeping through most of the morning hence just 2 meals today.
Haven't yet had the options and Fredo, that's my off to bed treat.

Off to aldi tomorrow to stock up on meat, fruit and veg and start batch cooking. This is where I'll discover I have very few kitchen 'things'! Roll on payday!
 
So day 2 and I'm loving the food so far!

B - 1 weatabix with milk (1/2 hexa and 1/2 hexb)
Muller light
Ran out of fruit otherwise would have had some.

L - scrambled eggs, bacon, tomato and half a sausage
Lunch out with mum so need to guess the syns of the sausage.

D - chicken breast stuffed with quark and wrapped in bacon
Roast potatoes, butternut squash, parsnips, corgette and tomatoes.

Treat size crunchie

Just realised haven't had full hexa or hexb today. If I get peckish I may have some dairylea on toast.
Definately need some fruit before bed.

I really don't feel like I'm on a 'diet'.
 
Thanks Karen. Did a fab Aldi shop yesterday, loads of fruit, veg and meat. Never seen my fridge so full or so healthy!

Hi LittleOne :) You're right, it doesn't feel like you're on a diet with SW :) It's amazing how much food you can eat and you don't have to measure it either! As much as I'm starting again because I lost my way about 18 months ago, I've always been one to advertise SW to anyone who will listen lol

Though I seem to have a texture issue with bananas, makes me gag. But I'll keep trying!

Well done on the fruit, I was the same with bananas but after two weeks I can now eat them fairly easily, I do chop the ends off though and that helps for some reason x
 
They're just so slimey! At the moment I'm having to chop them up and eat with something else. This evening they were mixed in the Muller light with chopped strawberries too. Couldn't eat all the banana.
Will try on weatabix in the morning.
I will win this battle!!!

Also, I know I'm not supposed to, did a cheeky weigh this morning...1/2 kg off!! Official weight not till tomorrow morning but I'm chuffed with that!
 
Well done on the banana and weetabix!

And alot of people do a cheeky weigh in at some point... even though we know the scales aren't the same as SW ones lol. I've done it several times over the years! Mostly when it feels like I've lost the inches, so I want to know how many lbs too :)
 
I'm doing it alone online so it's my scales all the way! I just couldn't believe I could loose with all the food I'm eating so had to check.
 
:) It's great isn't it! This is why I love SW... you can eat almost anything you want, you don't go hungry, and it's all free! :D

I love a cheeky weigh in! I had one yesterday and saw 1lb off but like you official weigh in isn't til tomorrow morning so here's hoping we'll both see the result we want in the morning!

Totally uninspired with dinner tonight. Have loads in so choice isn't a problem. Having a fed up with my health kinda day which isn't helping.
Might just have an omelette with some bacon or Quorn sausage.
Before sw this was the kinda day I would just order in or go on a snacking rampage. But must be good.
