On week two. Put on 0.5 lb :( was a bit disappointed as I only had one day off But think it was because my tom came and I started doing the insanity workouts so had water weight.

Day one.
Weight: 10stone 3.5lbs

Breakfast: 2 eggs, mushrooms, slender choice sausage, tomato,wheaten bread (8syn) butter (4 syn), milk allowance (hexa)

Snack: mullerlight

Lunch: omlette with 2 eggs, 1 egg white, spinach, baby corn, tomato, mushroom, bacon, jalapeños, hot sauce (0.5syn)

Snack: mullerlight, rice cake (2.5)

Dinner: steak, chips

Day 2 Breakfast: all bran and milk ( hexa and b)

Snack, grapes, mullerlight

Lunch: speed soup

Snack: maltesers (9.5), fat free yogurt

Dinner: taco made with 5% mince and S veg. Wrapped in lettuce. Taco mix (1)

2 litre if ware
Exercise: 326 calories burned during insanity

Snack: Alpen light (Hexb), Apple, grapes

Lunch: taco mince with veg (1), speed soup, mullerlight, green tea small taste if child's cake (2)

Dinner: chicken, quinoa, chick peas, mushrooms, onions, baby corn, peppers, chillies, May flower curry (4) cheese (hexa)

Diner: Sw lasagne with cheese (hexa) with salad
 
Did not weigh today as I'm changing my weigh in til Thursday.

Monday day 8

Breakfast : Kellogg's chewy (Hexb) pear

Lunch: Sw lasagne (Half of hexa) with salad of spinach, rocket and watercress. Muller light Greek (0.5) green tea

Snack: muller light(1.5). Mint aero (5)

Dinner: Sw lasagne (rest of hexa) and salad of spinach, rocket and watercress. Corn, green teas

Water: 2 litres

Exercise: swimming 1 hour (529 calories burned)

Breakfast: Kellogg's chewy (Hexb) pear

Lunch: Sw lasagne (1/2 hexa) spinach rocket and watercress salad, muller light Greek (0.5) green tea

Snack: muller corner de luxe (10)

Dinner: chicken, mushrooms, onions, pepper sauce (2) tobacco onions (2.5) green tea

Exercise :gym (370 calories burned)

Weight loss : 2.5lbs and 3 inches (10.1 stone)

Breakfast: Kellogg's chewy (Hexb), pear, green tea

Lunch: Cajun prawns and quinoa cheesy bake with spinach and rocket. Greek muller light 0.5

Dinner: diet coke chicken, egg fried rice. Cheesy garlic bread (6 syns + hexa)

Snacks : 2 hifi lights 6 syns, maltesers 10 syns.

Total : 22.5 syns

Snack: grapefruit, melon, kiwi and berries salad 1/4 of bag if salt n v walkers (3)

Dinner: chicken stirfry with hoi sin sauce (7)

Desert: 1/2 tub of quark with highlights (2) and choc shot (2) banana

Lunch: chicken wrap and some pasta with walnuts, 1/4 of almond cake slice and 1/4 of carrot cake slice, green tea. Don't know syns

Dinner: low fat supernoodles with bread and butter (8) green tea

Desert: quark with highlight (1) and choc shot (2)

Dinner: chicken madres made with tinned toms, passata, onion, mushrooms, baby corn, mangtout, chillies, spring onion and herbs and spices and curry powder. Side of green beans

Exercise : 200 cals burned walking

Basically went off plan for friends birthday.
