Am I doing it right?

Hi all

New to slimming world - feel like I might being doing it wrong so wanted to check. Would appreciate anyones help!

Breakfast: Banana and apple

Lunch: Baked Potato and beans

Dinner: Spag ball, small amount of pasta, small amount of slimming world chips and mixed veg - might add 30g cheese for HEX A

Snacks: 3 tangerines and freddo (5 syns)

Think this might be too much. Thanks in advance! xx
 
Looks fine to me, maybe some salad with lunch!

there is no "too much" with slimming world! Eat until you're comfortable not stuffed and make sure that 1/3 of your plate (esp. Lunch and dinner) is superfree!!!...
the worst thing you could do is cut back and feel hungry...that's when you're weight loss will slow right down!

Are you doing ee or ee sp...i just wondered as you haven't had any hexb, i.e. bread or cereal or cereal bars

I am doing EE I just didn't feel like I needed bread or anything today. Do you always have your HEX a and b each day?x
 
I trying to...i always have the hexb as my breakfast...either bran flakes, or no added sugar muesli or some cereal bars...all with a piece of fruit
I have my hexa as hot skimmed milk before i go to bed...i can't have dairy fat so anything other than fat free is off limits...no cheese for me :-( used to love it!!!
I found if i don't have the hex a & b i lose less and without the hex b i have toilet trouble ( sorry if that's tmi :)
 
Okay I will try having both tomorrow - i went to my first meeting on Thursday and got my head around the plan this weekend. Started properly yesterday so not expecting a huge loss until the following week!

Sw is difficult in the beginning but the longer you do it the easier it will get! I started sw in 2013 and lost 2 stone then we bought a house last year and everything kind of went wrong...so i was back at 16st 5lb at the beginning of the year and i'm back on ee now...for me the best "diet" i've ever tried!!! Minimins helps loads as well...try starting a food diary on here...you always get lots of encouragement and hints and tips from other members and if you want even find a weight loss buddy!!! Good luck with you're weight loss journey...you won't regret it!!!!
