Black coffee and sweetener
Linda McCartney onion and Rosemary sausages x2
Turkey rashers x2
Tin plum tomatoes
Baked beans
Tin potatoes
Mushrooms
fried egg using fry light

lunch

Savoury Rice I added chicken, mushrooms, sweetcorn and onion
4x rivita's with low low cheese HEB and HEA

Dinner



sticky Turkey steaks (1 syn)
Sw potatoe wedges
baked beans
lettuce, cucumber and tomatoe

with a glass of diet coke

went to to the gym

Day 2 Sunday- went to the gym

Breakfast

tin potatoe
tin tomatoes
mushrooms
baked beans
fried eggs x 2 in fry light
red onion and Rosemary sausages x 2
turkey rashers
black coffee and sweetener

Lunch
batchelor chicken rice added chicken, mushrooms, onion and sweetcorn

Snack

apple, banana, kiwi x 2and grapes

Dinner

Pork burgers and red cabbage/carrot coleslaw served with SW chips, baked beans and brown roll with low low cheese spread 0.5 Syn HEB HEA

Prawn salad (lettuce cucumber tomatoe) with French dresśing and thousand Island dresśing Kraft (1 Syn)

Rivita x 4 with low low cheese spread HEB HEA

Snack
Cereal bars x 2 HEB
