1 st Day on Sp Plan....

Hi guys ....started back on slimming world and the sp plan is new to me but to get me back in full swing I thought I'd give it a go here's my first day any advice would be great thank you xx

Breakie- 2 X weetabix (heb)
250 ml semi milk (hea)
Half a banana

Lunch- 1 slice burgen bread (6 syns)
Tin of baked beans 2 X boiled eggs and an apple.

Tea - salad,peppers, tomato, cucumber, onions,fat free dressing and 1 large chicken breast & 2 X laughing cow light triangles (3 syns). Muller light yogurt orange and an apple.
 
Hi Cazzah,

Banana's aren't 'S' food so you should change this to maybe oranges or apples? Also muller lights are free food so not 's' or 'p'

My favourite SP recipe is cottage pie topped with carrot and swede mash rather than potatoes. It's yum!

Yep, if you are following the plan exactly then your food should all be either 'S' or 'P'. The slimming world website has some good ideas for SP meals. The cottage pie and curry is nice. Although you can't have any rice with the curry so I just fill my plate with veg. I lost 3.5lbs on my first week doing it. Here is what I would have had in a day:

Breakfast:
Bacon (p)
beans (p)
tomatoes (s)
mushrooms (s)

Lunch:
Carrot and corinader soup (s)
ham and cheese toastie (HEa and HEb)

Dinner:
Cottage pie with carrot and swede mash (sp)
broccoli (s)
green beans (s)

Snacks
Hifi bars x 2 (2nd Heb)

Struggled getting syns in today any ideas on something I could eat and use up syns? Struggling to fit anymore in my tummy! Lol

Lunch - turkey,plum tomatos,beetroot & strawberries.

Tea - salad,onions, tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, mushrooms and flaked river cobbler with chilli.

Snacks - 2 X alpen bars (heb)
2 × apples
2 X Laughing cow (3 syns)
 
4th day

Breakie - 2 X weetabix (heb)
250ml semi milk ( hea)
1 apple
1 orange

Lunch - Beans on toast (6 syns bread) egg 2 X triangle cheese (3 syns )
1 apple

Tea - chip shop fish (batter removed) mushy peas

Snacks - 2 X alpen bars (heb)
 
5 th day

Breakie - 2 X weetabix (heb)
250 ml semi milk (hea)

Lunch - chicken breast, tomatoes, onions,mushrooms

Tea - Grilled salmon, green beans,peppers,

Snacks - 2 X alpen bars (heb)
Apples,melon,orange.
 
6th day

Breakie - 2 weetabix (heb)
250 ml semi milk (hea)
Apple & orange

Lunch - beans ,egg,bacon,bread ( 6 syns)

Tea - turkey steak,broccoli, carrots, green beans

Snacks - 2 X alpen bars ( heb)
2 X laughing cow (3 syns)

7th day

Lunch - beans on toast ( 6 syns bread)

Tea- pork curry,mushrooms, peppers,tomatoes,onions,

Snacks - 2 clementines ,apples,2 X alpen bars 2 X laughing cow ( 3 syns)

1 week on SP 6lb off :)
 
8th day

Lunch - 2 X wholemeal nimble (heb)
Ham & Eggs

Tea - Chicken & Chickpea curry,mushroom,onion,peppers & chillies.

Snacks - alpen light bar ( 4.5 syns) apple and muller light .
 
9 th day

Pear and apple

Lunch - cheese & ham sandwich (6 syns) 2 X laughing cow ( 3 syns) muller light,melon and clementine

Tea- turkey stir fry ,cabbage,peppers, onion, beansprouts and mushrooms.

Snacks-2 X alpen ( heb) apples, boiled egg
 
13th day

1 small apple

Your food looks good, but oh my I would still be hungry. I am such a foodaholic.

Is there a reason why you don`t have wholemeal bread lunch time and use 6 syns for white? Just being nosy.
