Hi All,

I'm back to Slimming World after a few years of! I Started back in 2010 at 16st 5lb and managed to get down to 12st within a year! This was amazing and so easy with Slimming World!

Over the last few years I've lost more weight, and put it back on! So last week I walked into a group, picked up a pack and I'm back on plan!

I will be 9 st and 7 lbs by the end of this year!

I'm hoping people will give me some helpful pointers and some inspiration along the way! I know its hard at times and as supportive as loved ones may be, they don't always understand exactly what is going on in a slimmers head!

Saturday 14th Feb!

Valentines Day! Nothing says romance like starting a diet? OK maybe not, but I don't think my boyfriend overly appreciates me going on about my ever expanding waist line over and over! I was rather nervous! I hadn't been to group in years and that room was full of people! After my new members talk I weighed in (12st 1.5lbs) then sat down and listened to group therapy. I had forgotten how supportive these groups are! It was lovely to listen to all of these people supporting each other... I've found the right group for me!

Diary:

Breakfast: Banana, hi fi light bar (rhubarb and custard), 0% fat yoghurt.

Lunch: Wholemeal roll (HE B) with ham and spinach, grapes, raspberries, 0% fat yoghurt.


Dinner: (inlaws made pasties, I left most of my pastry but sinned it just in case! :S ) Pastry (7) Lean beef, swede, potato. blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cherries and blackcurrants.

I snaked on fruit and had 350 ml of skimmed milk for my HE A choice.

It was a good day I feel :)
