Trying not to gain too much in 9 months!

Hi everyone i have been on ww for the last 2 years and now that i'm pregnant i fancy trying slimming world, i prefer being able to have some convinence foods aswell such as the mug shots and things if im not feeling up to cooking a meal!

I am not attending a meeting but i have the books any help would be great thanks!

Starting weight 10 stone 3
6 weeks pregnant!
 
So far so good today

Breakfast
Fruit & fibre (hexb)with milk (hexa)and half a banana
Decaf coffee

Lunch
Veg curry with rice
Apple
Muller light
 
Dinner
Stew

For my snacks i'm thinking 6 brazil nuts (hex b) and some cheese (hex a)

I used my syns on
Coleslaw 4syns
Popcorn 4.5 syns
Chocolate 5syns
Total 13.5 syns used

I fancied a big salad so i had lettuce, tomato, chicken, onion, cheese(hexa) and coleslaw (4syns) it was yummy!
 
Chips in the actifry! I think maybe salad is not enough for lunch! Gonna have chips with salad and ketchup (1syn) and extra light mayo (1syn).

Total syns so far 6.5 syns.
 
I ended up going over by 3 syns yesterday oops

I had tried to make the magic pancakes but they were really runny so going leave them a few hours i can share wih the kiddies later!

I didnt think i was making a dinner as hubby is away but he thinks he'll be back now so will have to come up with something spag bol is an easy option i think!
 
Dinner is gonna be rice with ham peas and sweetcorn easiest option got some nice bread for hubby he can have samdwiches!
I just had a yogurt with apple as a snack, oh ya and earlier 2 sw bars(hexb)
 
Ok i'm back to slimming world again, i don't even wanna think about what i have gained and i am going to take the batteries out of my scales until after baby and just concentrate on being as healthy as i can!!

Chicken nuggets, chips and sweetcorn i am trying to make syn free gravy too but we'll see how it goes!!
