My extra easy food diary

Been doing slimming world extra easy for a few days now, starting weight 11st 6lb, target 10st.

Todays food consisted of
Breakfast - Irish diet yoghurt and banana,
Lunch - worldwide foods cous cous, ham and boiled egg (1 syn for1/2 pack)
Dinner - baked potato, baked beans and 20g cheddar cheese (hex a), followed by 0% fat Greek yoghurt, blueberries and 1 tsp honey (1 syn)
Snacks / drinks - tangerine, grapes, 2 cups of tea with sugar (2 syns), 1 klix cappucino (2 syns)

Do I need to have a healthy extra a & b every day? Not sure, I'll find out tomorrow!
 
You need H/e a for calcium and b for fibre. Not everyone does but it is to do with having a balanced diet.

Thanks Doreen! I have been managing to get the he a (bit of a cheese monster!) but not the b. I'll have to give it some thought when I go shopping later.
 
Yesterdays total syns - 6

So, todays food looks something like this :

Breakfast - Irish Diet Yoghurt and Banana
Lunch - Worldwide Foods Sundried Tomato & garlic cous cous, ham and boiled egg - 1 1/2 syns
Dinner - I'm thinking chicken with rice & peas
Snacks & drinks - 3 x Cups of Tea with sugar (1 syn each), fruit and maybe a cappucino from the klix machine for 2 syns.

HE A - Milk in tea and maybe a little cheese nibble later
HE B - Not sure yet but sure i'll find something!

total syns - 6.5
 
Don`t forget to have some speed foods. Mostly veg I believe. A third of a plate or speed fruit very soon (10mins) after meal.

Glass red wine 6 syns

Total Syns - 13.5

Overnight oats (yum yum!) with Fat Free Toffee Yoghurt, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.

Lunch - 1.5 syns

1/2 tub cottage cheese and 1 aldi salt and vinegar rice cracker

Dinner

Not yet decided

Extras - 2 Syns

1 Klix Cappucino (2 syns)
Banana
Apple

Total 3.5 syns

Optifit Active Apricot Yoghurt - 2 syns?

I've been off Slimming world for a few weeks, hubby is a bad influence, but today is Day 1 (again!).

Weight - 11st 2lb
Goal - 10st

Aldi lemon fat free greek style yoghurt

Aldi CupShotz Tomato & Herb - 1 syn
Chicken Tikka slices

Dinner - HE A

Slimming world bolognaise with penne (1 syn as used olive oil) and 10g Parmesan cheese (he a)

Extras - He B

1 Light benefit choc & fudge cereal bar
1 Light benefit summer fruit cereal bar
