Hi all, as the title says I'm hoping for a 4 stone loss by xmas this year. I'm going away for xmas and it will be great it I could go several stone lighter. Anyway, I have lost 2 stone by going to class but have struggled to lose anymore the past few months. I've now decided to do SW from home and weigh myself Thursday mornings.

Yesterday was my first day back on plan :

Thurs March 5th EE

Breakfast

3 egg omlette/mushrooms/1 lean bacon

Lunch

2 baked cod/ 1 slice wm bread (400g loaf) 1tsp butter 2syn/salad

Dinner

Beef chilli/ 5% beef/tinned toms/onion/green pepper/kidney beans/tom puree/garlic/spices
1 packet pillau rice Bachalors?

Lots of sliced fresh pineapple

HEA/ milk for coffee
HEB/1 slice wm bread

Syns/ ! tsp butter 2 syns.

Felt really full and satisfied today so did not need to use more syns.
 
Friday 6th March

Breakfast

3 egg, mushrooms, 1 lean bacon

Lunch

Bowl of chilli left over from last nights dinner/ salad

Dinner

Pasta in tom sauce/ tinned toms/onion/chilli/tom puree/garlic/basil

Snacks/ crabsticks/gherkins//grapes/1 banana

HEA/skimmed milk for coffee/light cream cheese (have split the A allowance)
HEB/ 4 ryvita dark rye/ (Had as a snack in the evening with the cream cheese)

Just realised did not use any syns at all.

Sat 7 March

I actually find weekends easier than the week to stay on plan because I work sat and sun. I always cook sat's dinner first thing, which is usually stir fry with noodles, chilli, or spag bol. Tonight we are having Gingered beef stir-fry, so I have put some in a tupperware box for when I get home at 8.

Breakfast/

Coffee

Had nothing to eat because I really was not hungry ( a very, very rare thing with me) so did not want to eat for the sake of it.

Lunch/

A bowl of home made chilli from batch cooked on Thurs/ 4 dark rye ryvitas HEB1/ light cream cheese/ HEA

Dinner/

SW gingered beef stir fry with noodles/ 1 syn

Snacks/ 2 banana/ wotsits 4.5 syns = Total 5.5 syns

Hi Luisa, I found your thread. You asked about my diary on another thread I think. The links at the bottom of my signature and now works, I didn't realise that it was wasn't directing until trying it just..lol.. Sunday 8th March

Today I'm having a EESP day.

Breakfast/ 35g porridge oats/milk/frozen raspberries/1 tsp honey. HEA1/HEB1 1 syn

Lunch/ chicken breast cooked in cajun spice/red onion/cherry toms/red pepper/ 4 ryvitas/light cream cheese/ other half of HEA and HEB2/ 1 tbs sweet chilli sauce 1 and half syn.

Dinner/ salmon fillet/tinned lentils/spinach/ 1 tbs curry paste 2 syns

Snacks/ watermelon. Total 4.5 syns

I think this is all ok for SP?

Monday 9th March

Breakfast

35g porridge oats HEB1/milk HEA1/fozen raspberries/1 tsp honey/ 1 syn

Lunch

Chicken cooked in cajun spice/red pepper/toms/red onion/ 1 tbs chiil sauce/ 4 ryvitas/light cream cheese (HEA) Split with milk 1.5 syns

Dinner

Liver/onion/brocolli/ leeks/mashed swede with tsp butter/gravy made with stock pot./ 2 syns (butter)

lots of fresh pineapple

Total syns 4.5

Yep I'm a massive coffee drinker but I'm managing to down lots of water too. Yep, was supposed the be SP day today but have noticed in my book that you should only have 2 ryvitas (dark rye) when following SP, I've just scoffed 4!! Anyway, I've had porridge for breakfast so will have to turn it into a red day but my dinner with stay the same. Just goes to show you really do have to focus on every little thing when doing SP.

Tuesday 10th March SP

Had to fast for a blood test this morning so had nothing for breakfast

Lunch

chicken/spices/toms/pepper/red onion/ 4 ryvitas (HEB1/ light cream cheese (half HEA) 1 tbs chilli sauce 1.5 syns

Snacks

4 slices ham/gherkins/small tub of crayfish (felt really hungry and snacky this afternoon)
1 small twix biscuit 7syns?

Dinner

lots of mashed swede 1tsp butter (2 syns) brocilli/leeks cooked in frylight/2 slices lean beef/2 tbs pickelili (1 syn)
12.5 syns today

Wed 11th March SP

Breakfast

Porridge (HEB1) Milk (HEA1) lots of frozen raspberries/ 1 tsp honey 1syn

Lunch

2 x small cod fillets baked with lemon/salad/2 ryvitas with cream cheese (half of HEA1)

Dinner

Salmon fillet/lentils/spinach/ 1 tbs curry paste 2 syns

Snacks/ 1 slice of ham

Had about 50g of air popped popcorn counted approx 10 syns?
1 kinder choc bar 4
Small box of smarties 4.5

Was feeling quite hungry this afternoon so did go over my syns but hoping for a loss as still within my weekly range.

Thursday 12th March EE

Weigh in this morning and lost 3.5LB!! Well chuffed with that.

Breakfast

Porridge/milk HEA/1 tsp honey 1syn

Lunch

Just grabbed few slices of ham as out most of the day.

Dinner

Salmon curry in a hurry/packet pillau rice/spinach
Ate a whole punnet of grapes

2x small kinder choc 7 syns
1 bag salt and vinegar crisps 8syns syns total today. Total 16 syns today

Friday 13th March

Breakfast RED DAY


Rushing around so forgot to eat

Lunch

Ham roll HEB/1 tsp pickle 1 syn

Dinner

Chicken drumsticks/sw chips/sw coleslaw 2 syns

Snacks/ crabsticks/ 4 ryvita/ light cream cheese HEB2/half of HAE/chocolate coins/ went out so drank equivalent to a bottle of red wine.

Oh dear have already used 56 syns since Thurs and only wanted to use 70 for the week.:sigh: Will have to see how it goes and use more if I need to.
