I'm not too sure what to do, my wi day is at the weekend on saturday, so i have haf chicken kebab and chips and half bottle of southern comfort, now i worked out syns i had that day it worked out 75 so now i go mosy week without syns is that ok or not i do this regularly on saturday, any help appreciate x

Yes, it would be ok, but is it worth putting yourself under that much pressure - just draw a line under it, get back on track have a small amount of syns each day and just accept you may not lose this week. But ......... you may, there's always a chance.
