Eating and Exercising myself slim again!!!

Ok a little about me

Over the years I have tried with success most diets yet here I am back at a dreadful weight feeling unhappy. 2 years ago I was slim and fitting into a size 12 yet now I can only get into size 16.

So I have decided that I need to get this weight off, and if I spent as many years trying to do quick fixes yet still not getting there it would be better to lose it slow and stay there. the tortoise and the hair race comes to mind.

Anyway I started doing the couch to 5k last Monday and I have completed week 1 and I start week 2 today. I joined a local class of slimming world and for the first time ever im doing a plan called extra easy, it was all red and green days when I tried it before.

So I am giving every day 100% to the diet and the exercise and I am determined to be fit and healthy.

Day 5

Breakfast
muller light and strawberries (ran out of milk so was unable to have my Weetabix)

lunch
slimming world sweet potato curry followed by strawberries

Today has been another easy day.

Overall this week I've ran 10 miles and done a kettlebells work out.
