    Shelbys Slimming World Diary

    Hi everyone! So am joining my local meeting tomorrow but couldn't wait to get started. So using info from friends and bits I found online
    I thought id have a go! Does this look ok to everyone?
    I haven't actually had my dinner yet but that's what I plan to have.

    Breakfast:-


    2 Large Flat Mushrooms
    1 Boiled Egg
    1 slice whole meal bead (HEB)
    2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup (2 Syns)

    Lunch:-

    Large Mixed Salad
    1x Tin Tune in Brine
    Handful Cooked Pasta
    1 Boiled egg
    1x Mullerlight

    Snacks:-

    Cadbury Fudge (5.5 Syns)
    1 Pack Proper Corn Salted (4.5 syns)
    Apple
    Cadbury Highlights caramel hot chocolate (2 Syns)

    Dinner:- Homemade Spag Bol

    Pasta
    Turkey Mince
    Garlic
    Chopped Tomatoes
    Mixed Herbs
    Chilli Flakes
    Onion
    Mushroom
    30g Cheddar Cheese (HEA)
    Tomato Puree (1 Syn)
    Mixed Salad

    Looks great! Just eat as many speed foods as you can at each meal to fill up and reduce how much other stuff you eat... That's my top tip :-)

    OK thankyou ill be better placed I think when I have an idea of what syns are in what and a better idea of healthy extras.

    Just thought id post a bit of an update to let everyone know how i'm getting on, I'm feeling really positive and really full, I cant quite believe I can eat so much and apparently lose weight. I suppose we will see how it goes on Wednesday at Club. I'm decorating my little girls bedroom today so that's going to give me plenty of much needed exercise and the my OH is taking me out for dinner tonight, So am looking forward to that. Anyways hope everyone has a wonderful weekend doing what ever your doing.

    I'm really nervous about going to group and weighing in tomorrow - arggggghhhh, I guess id be happy with 3lbs lost anything over that is a bonus!
