    Cookies Food Diary :)

    This is my 2nd attempt at SlimmingWorld, I joined to keep a friend company last year and to my surprise I lost 1.5stone. I stopped going after her wedding and gained every pound back. So this time I'm hoping it will be different. I'm going to write down all my back dated food diaries so I have them recorded.

    Tues 14th April 2015

    B- cereal and skimmed milk
    L- Mugshot and raspberries
    D- 2 slices pizza (12) and a big salad
    Snacks galaxy egg (9)

    Syns 21!!!!
    HEA milk
    HEB cereal


    Wed 15th April 2015
    B-....
    L- Mugshot, pear and grapes
    D- Meringue nest (2.5), strawberries and total 0%.
    Banana and a pear.
    Snacks- pickled onions, pear. Strawberry Danio (1.5) penguin (5.5) prawn shells crisps (4) 2 cups of tea.

    HEB 2 xAlpen Lights


    Thurs 16th
    B-....
    L- Small jacket potato with tuna and some roast chicken, salad- lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, grated carrot, redcabbage and picled onions with light salad cream (2)
    D- Mugshot, pickled cabbage and a pear.
    Snacks- 2 bananas, 2 pears, grapes, Danio strawberry (1.5),mini flake(7) and an alpen light (2.5)

    B- banana and 2cups of tea
    L- Early birthdaymeal out.... bbq chicken, huge salad, few chips (5), saladcream (1). Meringue (2.5), strawbs, squirty cream(0.5)
    D- SW readymeal- singapore noodles. Pickled onions.
    Snacks- pear, banana and strawberries. Penguin(5.5), 2 mini eggs(3), raisins(3)
