Creating a temple... well that the plan

well... last year gave up smoking, channeled everything into the gym and losing weight and I was very pleased with the results... came back from holiday in July and tried and failed many times to carry on, now only 4lbs away from where I started.
Last year I just hit the gym very hard and ate as much protein as possible, only lost 10lb but I really toned up.
Target this time is to lose 20lb and tone up again.
Starting on Monday but hoping that I can be good this weekend so that I weigh in under 12stone.

No time like the present...

B- 2 Scrambled eggs on bread(hexB)
L- Chicken and pasta salad with feta cheese (hexA)
D- Wagamamas Coconut seafood broth 8 1/2 syns
S- Fruit and yoghurt, hot chocolate with milk 4 syns
Only decided at lunch time to start today so not too bad.

Right so I went at started at group on Monday and was 12.2 :cry:
I seriously could have cried... However, next monday will not see me at this weight, hopefully under 12 stone.
I have been very good since Monday morning!
But also very busy so havent had chance to be put my foos in here...
Today:
B- 2 Scrambled eggs, tom and 1 wholemeal bread (heb)
L- Beef stirfry, no sauce so all free!!!
D - Pork chops and veg!
S- Sugar free jelly 1/2, satsuma and grapes.
Syns and hea to be added still.
