Matilda's Pescetarian Food Diary

So I'm just going to post my daily diary and weekly weigh-ins here. Would love any tips/thoughts:)
I have 3 stone to lose. So here goes!!!!
 
I'm starting at Day 5 which was yesterday...

Breakfast - Baked Beans, 1 Egg fried in low-cal spray & 1 Tea.

Lunch - Left over brown rice and vegetable stir fry (low-cal spray again)

Dinner - Smoked salmon & capers followed by fish and chips (infinite syns I'm sure ?) - this was in a local restaurant... Spontaneous dinner after work. Ooooops!

Must avoid going out for dinner for the next couple of weeks I think to give myself a better start!
I have developed a bit of a fear when it comes to running too, so I'm going to attempt a 2.5km jog this afternoon to ease myself back into it! Fingers crossed!
 
Day 6:

Breakfast- Dry fried potatoes and scrambled egg (free)
Coffee(free)
Skimmed milk (hea)

Lunch - Rice and yellow split peas (free)

Snack - Brown bread (heb) & Philadelphia lightest (2)

Dinner - hummus, salad, vegetable skewers, bread and butter (20)

Total Syns 22 approx

Today was going well until I went out this evening!
So much for staying in and sticking to the plan.
 
First weigh-in tomorrow! I'm nervous!!!
Anybody doing Body Magic? I'm aiming for the Gold Award having completed Bronze and Silver the last time. Is a brisk walk enough to count??

Day 7

Breakfast - Melon & a coffee (hexa)

Snack - Grapes

Lunch - Rice and Dahl

Snack - Popcorn sweet and salty (6.5)

Dinner - Prawn Stir-fry and noodles

Snack - brown bread
Hoping to see a few lbs gone tomorrow evening!!!
 
Lol I've just read the posts & thought you seem like you're talking to yourself!!!

My initial thoughts are you don't seem to have noted much speed foods, so you're not mentioning them or not eating them!
 
Thanks Happy Holidays!! You're right, I've been a bit lacking in speed foods... I hope that doesn't impact on wi tomorrow!!
 
Gotta add some syns! I had 2 jumbo caramel snack a jacks with a banana and a 0% vanilla activia!! Yummy for 5 syns!

Drank a 2 litre bottle of sparkling water throughout the day too.

Day 8:

Salt and vinegar Snack a jacks (4.5)
Pear, mandarin & grapes

Dinner - left over vegetable stir fry and noodles

On my way to my first weigh in. Eeeek!!
 
I'm been a bit lazy with my fish intake this week! I'm gonna go get some on Wednesday and have lots for my dinners:)
I'm a big fan of sw chips with pan fried fish and peas! The chips just take sooooooo long?

I have an actifry, takes 25 mins. Once chopped up I can't forget about them & get on with other stuff. It's a bit pricey but worth it for me, love the chips.
