Started again today.
Green Day
HeA - 350 ml skimmed milk
HeA -
HeB - 2 weetabix
HeB -
Free Food
2 apples
banana
tropical fruit salad
tomato mugshot
vlf cottage cheese
for tea I am having beef stew (can I turn this into an extra easy day if I don't have anymore He's? I don't have the booklet so I'm a little unsure. If I can't them my beef will be another HeB choice. Think I will have dumplings for syns!
OK I stayed with the Extra Easy but didn't have the dumplings. Added some bisto granules to the stew so will count them as my syns.
