    cheerios as a healthy extra?

    hey i love cheerios and i wondered if u can use them as a HE? as they SEEM healthy but as we all know seeming isnt always the truth!

    I don't think there's enough fibre for them to be a HExB

    I believe they can be used as a healthy extra in the US and Canada only.

    This is because the nutritional value is completely different to the UK branded ones.

    UK cheerios have less fibre, higher sugar and fat content per serving.

    28g of cheerios is 5 syns, annoying I know as I love them but don't want to spend 5 syns on them.
    Taking the scenic route but keeping it off for life

    :-( just read the above, had the variety pack of cearals at home and choose cheerios as they were lowest calorie content and didnt have time to look up and see which were HE, now wish I had had the shredded wheat.
