Hi guys, can u use Philadelphia as an healthy extra on an extra easy day? If so how much are u allowed?
Philadelphia EXTRA light is a B choice so you can only have it on Green (not EE or Red). You get 100g.
Philadelphia LIGHT is an A choice so you can have it on any plan. You get 71g.

So I've been told - perhaps someone else can confirm?
My sis got given updates at her club last week and it's now 75 :-)

So phili light is a hea but extra light isn't?? Is that right? I'm confussed...

Yep, not enough calcium in the extra light to count as a HEa but it has enough protein to be a HEb on the green plan
