    Toni is correct, on Extra Easy you can have a HEXA of Philadelphia LIGHT but it is not a B choice.
    Yes, you can have one A and one B so you could have the Philadelphia as your A and this would leave a B choice for you.

    Yep, not enough calcium in the extra light to count as a HEa but it has enough protein to be a HEb on the green plan
