Mixing Healthy Extras

So I've been doing slimming world for two weeks now, and I've been going along with mixing my healthy extras, e.g having half my milk allowance with half a cheese allowance as I don't often have lots of either, so its hard to fit them in... Is this absolutely terrible or will I be ok?? Losing good amounts, so it doesn't seem to be affecting weight loss...
Also, what about missing the odd healthy extra now and then? Sometimes I'll get to the end of the day, be absolutely stuffed from a large dinner and realise I've still got to try and fit in a healthy extra...

This is on the SW website FAQs

Q: Do I have to eat all my Healthy Extras every day?

A: It won't affect your weight loss if you don't take all your Healthy Extra choices. However, the Healthy Extra section is there to ensure a balanced diet, so from a health point of view we recommend that you enjoy all your Healthy Extras each day.

Q: Can I mix and match my Healthy Extras by halving the portions?

A: Yes, if you like - you’ll still lose weight beautifully! The downside is your speed and fibre symbols would have to be ignored unless your two halves had identical symbols. However, mixing and matching couldn't be done when there are multiple items in one choice, e.g. 28g Kellogg's All-Bran 1 Ryvita Multigrain crispbread. With all single item choices, feel free!

Thank you so much :) I thought it should be ok, but I glimpsed something in another thread that hinted that it wasn't... Thanks again :)

So pleased to read this about mixing as I have was a slimming world member in Jan2011 and was told this wasn't allowed by my leader. I just restarted the plan following my books yesterday.
So i could have 1 weetabix and 1 alpen light or 1 weetabix and 2 ryvita original as my HEB (i'm following EE plan) ?

So much easier to eat a variety of the healthy extras than to be stuck eating multiple of the same one each day :p I'd much prefer a weetabix as my breakfast with an alpen light for a snack later :)

I am confused...do you have 2 AHE and 2 BHE on red and green? I struggle to eat them some days

On green and red you have x2 hexb and 1 or 2 hexa's every day.

I mix mine all the time but mostly my A's between cheese and milk
