Need some advice. Can I have soyal alpro natural yoghurt as a HE also is flavoured soya milk a HE as there vanilla light is lower cal than rice milk?

Any advice on dairy or gluten free products would be a great help

You can have kara coconut milk or Alpro hazelnut/almond milk as hex or chocolate oatly milk. It's in the book what values of these you can have.
