    Belvita Biscuits - On EXTRA EASY- HELP NEEDED!!

    Hi! Im going out to a party friday night & wont be back till saturday afternoon so need advice on if I can have belvita as my healthy extra? (I usually have bran flakes for breakfast) -I've lost my book /:

    If not, what can i take for breakfast that is free and not messy to take with me?
    Got my lunch sorted, will make a sandwich + bring it(:

    No, belvita aren't a healthy extra. You could have them for your breakfast still though as long as you syn them - they're 3 syns a biscuit for the museli, forest fruits, crunchy oats, wholegrain fruit and fibre and wholegrain milk and cereals varieties.

    If you want something along the lines of biscuits the closest you're going to get is a cereal bar. Try 2 x aldi under 70 cal bars or a hifi bar / 2 x hifi light bars.

    Boooo I LOVE belvita. The honey and choc chip ones are the only ones I can eat...won't be eating them any more though!!

    The clue is in the name - they are just biscuits. Nutritionally not too different to a McVities Digestive.
