FINN CRISP Original thin sourdough rye crispbread

I accidentally bought this on sainsburys online, instead of the Ryvita, on slimmingworld online it doesn't list this as a HeB, but lists some other finn crisp thin crispbreads. It has 19% Fibre. Is it definitely not a HeB? Please help me.

I love them! I quite often eat them straight from the packet, they have such a nice taste. I also love them with homemade roasted red pepper hummus
