    I'm just wondering if this new whole meal kingsmill fruit and fibre loaf is a hex b? It is listed on slimming world as 4 syns but can't find if it can be a hex? Any info would be appreciated, thanks!

    As far as I am aware it can't be used as a HexB, sorry.
