    Bread

    Hi Everyone,

I love sandwhiches, but try to avoid them since joining slimming world.

What type of wholemeal rolls as allowed as healthy extra b? I dont no which ones to buy that will be around 60g and cant really take my kitchen scales to asda lol.

Is there any wraps that can be classed as healthy extra b?

I sometimes have a ww petit pain but they are tiny! Miss having a sarnie and a packet of crisps at lunch time

You can have 60g of any wholemeal bread. It doesn't matter if it weighs more than that as you can just syn the excess at 1 syn per 10g. Two slices of medium wholemeal from an 800g loaf usually works out at one HEB plus 1 or 2 syns

The lowest bread I've found is either Tesco's or Morissons Medium Wholemeal 800g loaf & normally 2 slices are just over 60g. I do a lot of shift work so find sandwiches are the easiest food to take to work & on a night shift I'll use 4 slices as 2HexB's & syn the extra, or cut the crusts off to equal 60g/120g
