    Hiya, I have just seen these biscuits in Home and bargains and just wondering can they be a healthy extra.

    I doubt it-I imagine they would be like the belvita ones-just biscuits! Someone may come along and say different tho. Otherwise just count 1 syn for every 20 cals

    I'd agree with Welshtigger - the calories per 40g serving are too high to be a HEb. .However, there's always a chance it may end up like the Chocolate Weetabix - a HEb + syns but for the time being I'd also go down the full syn route (9 syns per 40g serving)
