Hi guys,

I've found myself drinking less Tea, and have prefered Blue Diamond Almond Breeze / Kara Chocolate milk (Dairy Free) rather than Options hot chocolate.

I know for the normal one, you can have more ML a day instead of Milk for a HE, so i was wondering if the chocolate one would be able to be used a Healhy Extra?

Less calories in the Blue Diamond one, at 97 calories for 200ml (more in the Kara Chocolate, but not sure how much).
