Soya Milk - sweetened or unsweetened?

I'm switching to soya milk 'cause I'm allowed more of it as a HE. I can't figure out if the stuff I've bought is sweetened or unsweetened though, as it doesn't say either on the carton! It's Alpro Soya Light from the chilled section.

Hi, I have this milk for exactly the same reason. In the chilled section it's unsweetened...44 cals I think for 250ml. I had same dilemma when I first found it but compared it to the one you get off the shelf which is more cals and says there's sugar in the ingredients. So I have 500ml chilled per day as Hx A. Hope this helps. xx
