Have been having 2 slices of whole meal bread from a 400g loaf as my HEB... But I noticed you can have 60g of any whole meal... I weighed my 2 slices and it's only 40g... Am I missing something?

always best to weigh it, the 2 slices from a 400g loaf will be an average. I get morrisons savers wholemeal big loaf and 2 slices of that is about 60g.
