    Cathedral city lighter

Can this be used as hea??

All the other low cheeses are stringy when melted and bland, but cathedral city is delicious !! Really mature and cheddery! I can't believe u can have 40g of it? Can I??!!

Thanks. And if u miss strong lovely cheddar... Get this!!!

    Thanks guys.

Really patchwork?!! I love seriously strong mature cheddar. I hate mild stuff, but I find this one really strong. .. The mature one with the blue writing? I also think the texture of it is like proper cheese too. I find the supermarket own brand light cheddar really bad. It's chewy and stringy and tastes like nothing!

This is my favourite low fat cheese, I also like Sainsburys version that's pretty good too, any other taste quite bland to me xxx

I agree. The good to yourself sainsburys is ok, but cathedral is just like proper mature cheddar. That's why I didn't believe it can be used as a light he. It is 42g I think??? X
