    Diet: Slimming World Extra Easy
    Height: 5ft7.5in
    Start Date: 4th January 2012
    Start Weight: 11st12lb
    Current Weight: 9st11lb
    Goal Weight: 10st0lb
    Goal Date: Got to target Nov 2012 (including a 4 month break whilst travelling)


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 25.6
    Current BMI: 21.1
    Goal BMI: 21.6


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 2st1lb
    Weight to Lose: -0st3lb
    % Lost 17.47%

    Also meat, quorn, eggs, quark, couscous. Lots of things are free

    Haha yeah meat!!! If you want beef mince it needs to be extra lean and all visible fat needs to be removed from bacon, beef, lamb, pork and skin removed from chicken.
