Hi guys
I've just been reading through the new SW packs and have noticed that the HEx have changed - no pitta breads as a HEx anymore!!

Is this right or am I not looking in the right place...

Not sure about this tbh - they disappeared off the online list a good while ago :(

But they've not been listed as NOT being a healthy extra anymore, if you know what I mean.. I might ask my consultant next week to make sure :) it'd be a shame if there weren't ANY pitta that could be used as a hex anymore :( x

Are we any further along on pitta-gate?! I use them as pizza bases and am heartbroken that they're no longer a healthy extra! Has anybody had confirmation from their consultant about this!
I'm properly devastated lol!

All the foods that we will miss out on using pittas, the pizzas, the doner kebab recipe...............humph lol!

I lost consistently last time I did sw and had pittas most days, so I might just carry on having them as a HexB. Slap my wrists I'm such a rule breaker hehe

Things like this annoy me a bit. Weight watchers wholemeal bread has been stopped as a HE B as well- why?! The ingredients haven't changed!

Ww bread hasn't been stopped - it just isn't listed separately. You can have 60g of any wholemeal bread and that would include ww :)

I will continue to use wholemeal pittas, just syn them as the 20kcals = 1 syn rule and take 6 syns off for the HExB and syn the rest

I read the consultants book at group yesterday and it says its been removed as it no longer qualifies as a healthy extra. Their list has a section of new additions and a section of discontinuations and both pitta and WW bread have been discontinued :-(
