    New to green, hex help

Hi I have always done ee so apologies if being a bit thick.
On extra easy I have 350ml milk and 2 alpen light normally.
As cheese is in the b section on green am I right in thinking that I can have 350ml skimmed milk and then 30g cheddar. Then choose cheese again for b, so another 30g cheddar. And then 2 alpen light?

    I can't believe I can have 60g cheese, or even 90g if I don't have the alpen.
    Is this right?

Yep that would be fine - if you wanted to go really overboard you could even have cheese for both your HEAs and both your HEBs - so a total of 160g of reduced fat cheddar

Wouldnt do it every day though as variety is good too - green is great!
