Heathy Extra B - bread

Hi all


I know that ww thick sliced wm bread is no longer allowed BUT the book says 2x wm bread from a 400g loaf..... I am confused.

Also, what rolls can you have as the book says 60g wm roll

Help please?

It's says any w/m bread as long as it's 60g.

I use kingsmill tasty wholemeal rolls, you get them in packs of 6.

I weigh them they normally come in around 60g if over i pick a bit off and chuck it away.
