Have not got the book with me at mo but I am sure you can have it as a hexb on a green day.

Don't know the full technical reasoning but cheese is put down as a hexb for the protein in them. There is a very long list of extra cheese you can have on green but not red/ee.

To be an healthy extra A they have to have a minimum amount of calcium.

To be an healthy extra B (on Green only) they have to have a minimum amount of protein.

Some cheeses have enough protein to be a B choice but not enough to be an A choice - lots of soft cheeses fall into this catagory!

Had 25g on 2 400g wholemeal toast. Went a long way. Its alot softer then the full fat one. Was quite nice

Worth 1 1/2 syns in my opinion

Love Boursin but have never tried the lighter version. 1.5 syns for 25g means I'm definitely going to buy some!!
