    Bread

    I like to have toast for breakfast, but never find 2 slices of the 400g loaves enough. If I had 2 medium slices of wholemeal bread from a 800g loaf, how do I work out how much is syn and how much is HEb?

    Just weigh it and syn anything over the 60g allowed at 1 syn for every 10g
