    crisp breads for HE from a newbie

    Hello all,
    Sorry to be a pain but does anyone know if rye crackers are able to be substituted for rivita and if so are they syned ?

    Waiting for books to be sent so I know how to convert food from ingredients list and then I may stop being a pest

    oh and still cant get my ticker to work

    Thanks for the reply
    I was referring to Arnotts rye cruskets, not sure if you get Finns here in Australia but for only 2 I think I will stick to Ryvita as you are allowed more of them.
    Would just have to check the ingredients as apparently everything is different here, even if the same brand which makes this diet difficult unless I use no convenient food at all.

    Still waiting for the books to arrive

    I dont think they could be used I am afraid but perhaps ask in the overseas sub-forum to see if any knows of any that can be used and are more readily available where you live
