potato on a red day
I was planning an EE day today, my plan was
breakfast - syn free pancakes with berries, banana and yogurt
Lunch - butternut squash soup with ham and a ryvita sweet onion
Tea - salmon with garlic roast potatoes and veg
Snacks - crabsticks, nuts and chocolate (11 syns) 2 ryvita sweet onion with cheese (HEA and HEB) fruit.
Looking at that I could have my potatoes as my second HEB and have a red day (and then have milk in my drinks as a second HEA)?
I always leave my skin on my potatoes when roasting them, so I'd just need to weigh my potato before cooking?
