Can any one tell me if you can have 2 halves of a healthy extra as I noticed on some diaries that people are.
IE
30g WM bread and 1 aplen light bar?
2 x ryvita dark and 1 x weekabix?

I do it ocassionally, like when I don't want to eat 5 dairylea triangles in one day(!), but I know that it doesn't work for everyone. Might be worth a try though, it's all about what is right for you as an individual.
