    HEX wholemeal bread

My eyes are red raw looking at my book. After trying EE for 2 weeks i have decided to go back to Original and green. I have the SW food optimising book from last year, apart from pitta's no longer being a HEX B is this book upto date? I have been looking for bread on red or green and it doesnt say its just pulses, potatoes on red and fish and meat on green. It states all the breads and cereals on the EE page does this also mean the same for other two plans ( weight wise ) I may just be being dizzy but am a bit confused Thanks

You can have 60g of any wholemeal bread as a HexB, on both the Red & Green plans

There are quite a few differences to healthy extras in the new book so it would be worth getting hold of copy if you can

The pages you are looking at are the additional things you can have as a HE on the red and green plans - so you get all the EE ones plus these

Quite a few - changes to amounts, some things taken off and others added. Also superfree is recommended on all three plans not just EE, Worth going along even if only for one week I think
