Instead of having Jacket potato can i use my 230g of spud ( B HEX) cut up into scollops ( with skin on ) par boiled and then sprayed with frylight and done in the oven till brown??

I can't see why not. Its the amount and not using any oils or fats thats crucial. Your bod won't know that it was sliced before baking!
