    Does anyone know if the Special K choc & mint are hex b?


    Also if anyone knows how many syns in Linda mccarteney veggie burger with mushroom melt?

    No, sorry. The only Special K cereal bars that count as a Healthy Extra are the Chewy Delight bars which come in milk or dark chocolate flavour.
