    Start BMI: 25.1
    Current BMI: 22.7
    Goal BMI: 19.6


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 1st2lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st7lb
    % Lost 9.41%

    HEX B: 1 Weetabix and 1 Hifi Light...Question!

    I see that for a HEX B you can have 1 Weetabix and 1 Hifi Light bar...does anyyyybody know if it can be an Alpen light instead? I don't go to meetings as I'm a poor student (more's the pity, I love the bars!) but I wouldn't mind substituting. Thanks for any help

    I'd substitute for 1 Alpen Light as you can have 2 Alpen Lights as a hexb.

    Yeah that's what I thought just wondered if maybe the hifi bars have more fibre in them or something...
