Thread: Not having all of your HE allowance

It has been mentioned on here before that you don't have to syn a HE if you haven't used your full allowance, is this mentioned on the SW website? if so can one of you point me in the direction of that information please.

If you look in the FAQs under healthy extras it says you do not need to have them at all if you you really want to. So it would make no logical sense to syn them if you do not use the full amount. I contacted SQ HQ personally and they say you do not need to syn them

Yes you might be better synning it if you are only using a small amount but only because that would then still leave you with a healthy extra, but no you do not need to.

I looked under healthy extras and couldn't find it, I'll have a look again, thanks pwp
