    Pitta Bread

    Can anyone tell me if Pitta Bread is still Healthy Extra B and if so is it just wholemeal ?

    Some wholemeal pittas used to count as a B choice, but since the plan got re-jigged a bit and the new packs came out in January, they no longer count. It would have to be Synned I'm afraid.

    I've just been told 7 - 7.5 syns a pitta bread ... Not worth using that many syns on !

    They might be 7 - 7.5 but if you fill them up with loads of salad and meat then they are very filling and when you think of it some bags of crisps can be almost that high ( naughty ones lol) I think i would prefere the pitta and heathier really. Ooooooo get me! Am having a crunchie for my syns tonight lol
