Ham from a deli...
Does anyone know if this is free or not? I'm doing mostly green days and I love ham from Waitrose deli, wondering if it counts as the healthy extra choice when weighed out or if it has syns in. I've read that mostly ham has to be 95% ham or something? As it's literally cut from a huge ham, I was thinking if I cut any fat off and just weigh out the actual ham it should be fine? Really fancy some thick ham with fried eggs and sweet potato fries!
