Stupid question - I know
Im new to SW and to the forum, but just wanted to check. The 35g HeB allowance, is that just for the porridge oats?
-
There a lot of other cereals for the same amount. Just have a quick look in your book which is in your pack. Cant remember off hand which ones they are as I always have porridge. Hubby has shreddies, and I know they r 35g too.
