    I've seen the cereal on the telly and quite like the sound of it. Is it a HE if not how many syns would it be for 35g?

    Special K cereal are really not that great nutritionally speaking despite what it might suggest on the adverts

    1 syn per 20 calories as no free food allowance on cereals
