Thread: Healthy extra b choices and type 1 diabetes

Is there anyone doing slimming world with type 1 diabetes?

I have a friend who wants to join, but most of the bread HEb choices are just not suitable. The burgen and linseed one seems it be the best, but of course that one doesn't qualify as a HEb. So if anyone with type 1 diabetes is reading, what bread do you use?

Hey im type 1. As a type one you should be able to eat anything as long as you know the carbs in it
