Green or red - 1 or 2 A and 2 B

On red or green days you can choose 1 or 2 hex a's depending on how u feel that day + 2 hex b's
Extra easy days - 1 of each hex a + b
The things you can hav as hex's change depending on what type of day Ive on green day you can have cheese as hex b choice.

Put on 7lbs since sept so
1st goal - to loose that 7lbs which would take me to 11st 9.5lbs - ACHIEVED!!!!!
2nd goal - loose next 7lbs to get below my lowest sw weight of 11st 3lb (march 2012) - ACHIEVED!!!!
3rd goal - loose 3.5lb to be 10st something - ACHIEVED!!! 6.5.13
4th goal - loose 6.5lbs to get to goal of 10st 7lbs
