I'm confused by this lol so say I have hea of milk and heb of bran flakes for breakfast then have for dinner salad ( lettuce cucumber peppers onion eggs hea cheese spring onion beet root and tuna) then for tea have chicken mushy peas broccoli carrots then 2 heb aldi bars is this right and snack on strawberries grapes tangerines melon muller light yogurts .... Am I doing it right ... I've had 2 shitty days so u think if I do this between now and Tuesday it'll help my weigh in x

Yes that sounds right, just remember to make sure that the veg/ fruit makes up 2/3 of the meal.

Remember to that the 2/3 replaces your other free food not aswell as.
Best way I'd think of it is a meal of superfree with a small portion of free with it

i eat 2/3s of sf foods now so only thing im not doin is having to healthy extras so if i do that its right x

Hi, are you are at a group or doing this online? From the questions you've posted it sounds like you have started with EE and want to try SE to boost your weight loss this week.
I am doing EE and only have one HEXA and HEXB per day with the 1/3 SF and 2/3 FF.
If you want to do SE then you have one or two HEXA and two HEXB, 2/3 SF and 1/3 FF. Also, you should count the higher syn value when it differs on SE, eg. If a pork sausage had 4.5 syns on original and EE, but 7 syns on the Green plan, you choose the highest syn when doing SE (7). I hope that helps.

Thanks hun I've been ill since Wednesday and not ate much so I'm wanting to do SE to help when I get weighted on Tuesday coz I think I might have put o weight with not eating properly xx

Well I hope you are feeling better now. If you have been ill maybe it is better to stick to EE until after you get weighed on Tuesday - give your body a chance to recover properly and start afresh from Wednesday after you have been weighed.
